Tots Around Town is locally owned and operated, recognized and referred by many rental establishments and takes pride in providing each and every family with the comforts of home while on vacation.
Start your vacation by traveling with the luxury of minimized baggage. From infants to toddlers, we’ll make your stay in Charleston more enjoyable. Our friendly staff will take care of delivery and setup for all baby and toddler rental gear to Charleston, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, Folly Beach, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.
We look forward to helping your stay be as comfortable as if you were in your own home. We know that “if baby is happy, then all are happy”.
Babysitting now available- I am the mother of three children who are now 24, 22 and 16. I have been privileged to be a stay at home mother for all their years past and those to come. Please give as much notice as possible to guarantee I will be able to do the job!

This service was amazing! The car seats were waiting for us in our car service and the base of the stroller was waiting at the hotel. All of the equipment was clean and new. Coordination couldn’t be easier and so much more convenient than lugging it from home.

Philippa is the best! We were just in Kiawah Island for a wedding and rented a crib, high chair, baby gates, and a tub of toys for our 16 month-old son. When we arrived, everything was there and ready to go. Our son slept like a rock during our trip, and he was sad to see the amazing tub of toys go when Philippa came to pick everything up. I’m looking forward to visiting the Charleston area again soon, and I will absolutely be giving Philippa a call again when I do. Highly recommend Tots Around Town!
